Golden Beach Residence

Located on Central Island in Golden Beach, FL, this stunning 23,000 sq. ft. residence underwent a transformative lighting redesign. Luminicos partnered with Catalina Echevarría of CEU Studio and acclaimed lighting designer Claudia Paz to create a versatile and dynamic landscape lighting solution tailored to suit different occasions.

The front façade features RGBW lighting fixtures, offering the flexibility to adapt the home’s ambiance —vibrant and colorful for parties and events or refined and understated for everyday living. At the rear, a more subtle lighting scheme highlights the dock’s columns and softly illuminates the surrounding plants, creating a tranquil and elegant setting. For this project, we selected and supplied WAC Lighting fixtures, delivering results that exceeded expectations.

This project is part of an ongoing collaboration with the client, as we continue to work together on several prestigious residences across South Florida.
