Hibiscus Residence

This spectacular luxury residence on an island in Miami Beach stands out for its elegance and sophistication. Designed by renowned interior designer Raimundo Morales, the home features an extensive use of LED strips (over 1,700 feet), creating a homogeneous and ethereal glow that enhances premium materials such as marble and wood.

For this project, we selected Duratape LED strips from Targetti, known for their superior durability and quality. Luminicos specified high-CRI LEDs (>95) at 2700K, ensuring full compatibility with the Lutron control system, which orchestrates each lighting scene with precision.

The lighting design required meticulous planning to select the right profiles, prevent voltage drops, and ensure uniform light distribution. The result is a warm, detailed, and luxurious space, merging architectural modernism with a cutting-edge lighting solution.
