Real 2 Building

Real 2, also known as Real Dos, is an office building designed by renowned architect Jean Nouvel and located in the financial district of San Isidro, Lima. With 258,334 square feet of constructed area and 23 floors, the building stands out for its rooftop garden and vertical gardens, which together cover a surface equivalent to the building's total height.

The vibrant panels that envelop the façade draw inspiration from the rich color palette of Peruvian culture. Through user interaction, the building's visual appearance constantly evolves, giving it a dynamic and unique character.

In collaboration with lighting designer Rie Sakata and the Spanish team from Ateliers Jean Nouvel, Luminicos contributed to the project's tropicalization, adapting it to local conditions. We specified and implemented lighting fixtures from the prestigious brands Targetti and Bega throughout the building, and we can proudly state that the result is truly impressive.
