Seedspace Lima – Swiss Tower

Seedspace Lima is a coworking space designed to accommodate 489 users, with 40 parking spaces and a total area of 2,822 square meters, located in the vibrant district of Miraflores, Lima.

As part of our ongoing collaboration with Swiss Capitals and lighting designer Claudia Paz, Luminicos supplied luminaires from Duralamp and Lledó. A standout feature is a custom Lledó luminaire that runs continuously through the corridors, and together with the exposed ceiling, adds a futuristic and industrial touch to the space's design.
