Swiss Tower

Lima, Peru.

Year: 2016
Client: Swiss Capitals Group
Photographs: Renzo Rebagliati

Lighting designer: Rie Sakata
Partners: Forlight Lighting, Acuity Brands, Duralamp Lledó

Located in the Miraflores district of Lima, Swiss Tower is a premium office building spanning 13 floors and over 77,500 square feet. The building features a versatile rooftop that serves as a dining area during the day and transforms into an event space at night. The lighting design was led by Rie Sakata, with technical support from Luminicos. For this project, we supplied high-quality Lledó products at a competitive price.

The client sought a premium lighting design to establish a strong position in the competitive luxury office market. Simultaneously, Luminicos aimed to secure a flagship project that would reinforce its standing in the high-end lighting sector. The result was a win-win situation. Luminicos even relocated its offices to Swiss Tower, where it remained for seven years. This project marked the beginning of a strong, long-term relationship with Pierre Gianonni, director of Swiss Capitals Group. We couldn’t be prouder of our role in this remarkable project.
