The architecture of UTEC, designed by Grafton Architects, won the RIBA International Prize in 2016. Supported by the local firm Shell Arquitectos, the project was conceived as an artificial cliff, appearing as an extension of the Costa Verde. Luminicos supplied luminaires from Lledó and Bega, elevating Lima's standard to luxury brands of international renown. This was Luminicos' second large-scale project, covering 376,737 square feet of educational spaces, common areas, and outdoor environments.
