La arquitectura de UTEC, diseñada por Grafton Architects, ganó el Premio Internacional RIBA en 2016. Con el apoyo de la firma local Shell Arquitectos, el proyecto se erigió bajo el concepto de un acantilado artificial, como una extensión de la Costa Verde. Luminicos suministró luminarias de las prestigiosas marcas Lledó y Bega, elevando los estándares locales hacia soluciones de lujo y renombre internacional. Este fue el segundo proyecto de gran envergadura de Luminicos, abarcando 35,000 metros cuadrados de espacios educativos, áreas comunes y exteriores.
